Use and eligibility

You must be 18 or older to join the waitlist. Niki’s guided example uses one sample moment and up to three short replies. Its constrained live-AI response may be replaced by a clearly labelled reviewed fallback. Do not enter real messages, names, contact details, or other identifying information. The example is not a general-purpose artificial-intelligence service.

Operator

Niki is operated by Amanda Yin. Privacy, access, and deletion requests can be made through the contact listed in the Privacy Notice.

No professional advice or diagnosis

Niki does not diagnose NPD or any mental-health condition. It is not medical, legal, therapeutic, financial, or emergency advice. It does not replace a qualified professional, local emergency services, or a trusted person who can support you.

Interpretations and decisions

A one-sided record cannot establish another person’s intent. Any Niki output may be incomplete or wrong and must not be treated as evidence of wrongdoing. Niki does not guarantee the accuracy of an interpretation and does not decide whether you should stay in or leave a relationship. You remain responsible for your decisions.

Prohibited use

You may not use Niki to:

• Stalk, harass, threaten, retaliate against, or shame someone.
• Covertly monitor a person or access information unlawfully.
• Publish accusations, partner profiles, ratings, or dossiers.
• Present software output as proof, diagnosis, or legal evidence.
• Violate another person’s privacy or any applicable law.

Personal content

Long-term relationship storage is in development and is not available on this site. If Niki later accepts personal relationship records, separate content, consent, deletion, and safety terms will apply. You must have the right to share any content you submit.

Legal limits

These terms have not been reviewed by counsel and are not a substitute for legal advice. They may not address every requirement in your jurisdiction. Niki may update them as the product changes.
